1. The Service

DocuForge Enterprise AI (“the Service”) generates draft documentation using third-party artificial intelligence models based on information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all generated content before relying on it or distributing it to others.

2. AI-Generated Content

Generated documents may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or fabricated details (“hallucinations”). The Service does not verify factual, legal, technical, or regulatory claims contained in generated output. Generated content is provided “as-is” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular regulatory or compliance purpose.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe. Plans include a monthly document-generation credit allotment; unused credits do not roll over unless stated otherwise on your plan.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate content for unlawful purposes, to impersonate a real person or organization without authorization, or to generate materials intended to facilitate fraud, malware, or harm to others.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocuForge and its affiliates are not liable for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated content, including compliance, security, financial, or legal decisions.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription per the plan’s billing terms. Access to previously generated documents may be retained for a limited period after cancellation as described in our Privacy Policy.
